How do I get paid for coming in to pick up?

Step 1:Customer will simply walk into your restaurant.
Step 2:Wait for the customers to provide you their 6 digit Confirmation Code.
Step 3:Give customers their merchandise along with a receipt: YOU MUST PROVIDE CUSTOMER WITH A RECEIPT OF EVERYTHING YOU ARE ABLE TO DELIVERED or PICKED UP.

How will I know when I receive an order?

Once you download our app, there will be a menu. One of the options on that menu is called “Orders.” All you have to do is click on that link and you can check all of your orders for that day and fill them. You will even be provided information on how that ORDER should be delivered.

Also Note: Each time an order is received, you will receive a Chime on your cell phone that you just received a paid order and to fill it quickly.

Is there a way to track sales made for that day?

Yes, we will provide you with a chart that demonstrates what your sales were for that day, the amount you earned, and the cost involved with that sale.

I love what you do and want to recommend you to other Restaurant Partners. What’s in it for me?

If you refer a Restaurant Partner to our program, you will be rewarded and provided a percentage of their registration fee. For example, if you referred a Restaurant Partner who registered with us, and they paid $49.99 as their registration fee, you would earn $25.00 for that referral.Percentages are subject to change and fluctuate.

Are customers allowed to leave reviews?

Customers will always be allowed to share their experiences. However, we operate a bit differently. Respond to their review in 30 days, that bad review is removed in 30 days. Respond to their review in more than 30 days, their review remains for 6 months. We are not here to hurt small business owners, but we do expect you to take care of your customers, our customers.

What if I place merchandise in a Customers Car and they drive away before I can get
their codes, what can I do to get paid?

First, you should never place merchandise in a customers car before you receive their code. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT WITHOUT THEIR CODES. FROM OUR PERSPECTIVE, THIS IS A PLANNED ROBBERY AND WE WILL REVIEW IT AS SO. SO NEVER PLACE MERCHANDISE IN THE TRUNK OF A CUSTOMER OR GIVE THEM THEIR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THEIR CODE. You will not get paid.

My restaurant was rejected and I don’t know why. Where do I find out why my
location/restaurant was rejected?

Our on-boarding process is primarily used to check to see if you pay your bills on time, and we are taking COVID 19 into consideration, and if you really exist. Almost 99.9% of those who complete our on-boarding form are approved. If you are denied, we will send you a notice as to why and most times it can be easily rectified.
